Michael Hani is a senior strategic advisor with nearly 30 years of experience in IT management, training, coaching, vendor governance, and operational transformation.

He has held global leadership roles at Rio Tinto, where he managed telecommunications and supplier portfolios across multiple regions and supported the implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions.

His experience includes leading IT integration projects, merger and acquisition initiatives, managing complex supplier relationships, and supporting the design and rollout of project portfolio management systems.

Michael has contributed to the development of integrated planning processes and the engagement of IROC improvement teams within a major mining company.

He is certified & well-versed in Agile and Lean Six Sigma methodologies and has driven organizational change and transformation initiatives across the mining, finance, and industrial sectors.

Fluent in English & French, and intermediate in Spanish, Michael brings a structured, delivery-focused approach to complex programs.
